| Desktop Publisher/Graphic Designer-ES - Energy Solutions |
DESCRIPTION:
• Produce high quality corporate documents for executive presentations and proposals.
• 60-80% desktop publisher/ production manager for proposals
• 10-25% graphics creation and support
• 20-40% general support to marketing BD
• Proof, quality control, and approve all documents and material for adherence to standards
• Positions test and art elements from a variety of databases in a visually appealing way using knowledge of type styles and layout patterns
• Follow RFP instructions and formats to determine production needs
• Work under tight deadlines
• Juggle and prioritize numerous tasks
• Work with diverse global teams
• Work with highly confidential information
• Flexible hours
• Travel may be required
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Advanced Word processing skills and working knowledge of QuarkXPress, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe Acrobat Professional
• Proposal Coordination experience
• Design, color and production expertise
• Attention to detail
• Editing and proofing skills
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
• 5-10 years graphics and proposal production experience
• Advanced software expertise and training
• BA degree preferred
