Serco N.A. is seeking an experienced and career minded Proposal Manager to work out of our Colorado Springs location. We are looking for professionals who can fulfill the following requirements:
* Responsible for direct supervision/management of the proposal development team and the complete lifecycle of proposal development activities.
* Manages and directs all proposal efforts – leads team, but also contributes through interviewing SMEs and formalizing use of theme statements, strong graphics, action captions, and efforts to expedite post-review recovery
* Manages proposal process by building schedules, building compliance outlines, tracking author inputs, scheduling and managing reviews
* Coordinates with subcontractors for technical data calls and works with contracts to get them the information they need for pricing
* Contributes to cost volume production to ensure consistency with technical volume
* Maintains and improves the shared proposal asset library, manages use of all proposal graphics
* Coordinates with Capture Manager and Contracts on each proposal effort with respect to customer knowledge and contractual requirements/pricing respectively.
* Conducts proposal reviews with management.
* Owns document strategy and appearance, including proposal formatting, style, voice, and ensuring compliance
* Point of contact for all proposal related issues
* Highlights and adapts key value propositions to the customer – incorporating win themes into proposal
* Leads by example and through organization, teamwork, and respect for technical and corporate subject matter expert authors |
