POSITION SUMMARY:
Reads & analyzes Request For Proposals and creates copy for a complete management or technical volume in response. Provides guidance in area of expertise and writes copy for management volume for one or more of the following technical areas: Base Operations, Operations & Maintenance, Transportation, Supply, Logistics, Civil Engineering, Communication and Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or Range Operations. Functions as either a management or technical volume lead. Assumes proposal manager duties when necessary. |
